At Town & Country Dentistry, our goal has always been to provide you with the very best dental care. As everyone’s lives have been impacted around the world, you may have found it difficult to resume your normal way of living.
We would like to formally announce that our commitment to providing you with the best care has not changed. We are working hard to implement new standards into our practice so that you can be assured that you will not only receive the best care but safer care, as well.
Below is an outline of our action plan to ensure your health and safety when you visit Town & Country Dentistry. Please familiarize yourself with this “new normal” so that your appointment goes safely and smoothly. We look forward to continuing your care and hope to see you soon!
Much of our everyday protocols will remain the same. You can look forward to a clean, comfortable, and safe office when you visit. There are, however, some new guidelines that we have implemented in our patients’ care.
We are transitioning to digital and direct communication. As we phase out the use of writing equipment, like pens and paper reminders, you can expect to get a verbal confirmation from us regarding your upcoming appointments.
We are working hard to ensure that all of our patients are scheduled in a manner that allows for social distancing. This may result in fewer openings and stricter scheduling.
All patients, staff, and doctors who enter Town & Country Dentistry are to follow the same guidelines for safety purposes.
Before entering the office, we ask that you stay in your vehicle upon arrival. Simply call or text us when you arrive at the parking lot. A staff member will walk you through how to enter the building.
The new dental regulations do not permit friends or family to accompany you during your dental appointment. Exceptions are made if it is medically necessary, or if you have young children in your care. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
For safety purposes, all staff will now wear additional protective equipment. Don’t be alarmed by this new standard. It is only to ensure the safety of our staff and patients.
We ask that everyone, staff included, apply hand sanitizer upon entering Town & Country Dentistry. You will find plenty of hand sanitizer all throughout the office. Feel free to use it as needed.
Be prepared to be asked more screening questions when you arrive. If you feel you may be at risk for infection, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. New regulations require you to self-quarantine for two weeks to ensure that you are safe.
Everyone who enters Town & Country Dentistry will be required to use a mouth rinse. This is to help reduce the risk of virus transmission.
A member of our staff will check your temperature upon arrival. This is to ensure the safety of yourself and those around you. If an elevated temperature is detected, we ask that you reschedule your appointment and contact your family doctor for further instructions.
We understand that these new guidelines will feel out of place initially. But if we all work together, we can make Town & Country Dentistry a safe environment for everyone. If you have any additional questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to call our office to speak with a member of our caring staff. We look forward to serving you!
We want you to have a great experience at Town & Country Dentistry. We value your time and look forward to seeing you soon!
